This is the Tofu I use..

LOVE it! Organic. Made locally. Non-GMO. Three things that make me smile! No wait, four. Made by people, not machines! Oh and it's very easy to drain it, since it has far less water than regular tofu & is quite firm. I use it all the time for almost every tofu meal we have. Upon occasion, I will have to use another brand that is also non-GMO & organic, this is cause the people at Bridge Tofu need a little break!
