How do you make it? Super easy. You just break apart one head of white brocolli aka cauliflower. Break into teeny tiny pieces. Then rinse the pieces under water. Dry them off a little bit with a reusable hand towel & then sprinkle on nutritional yeast, turmeric, sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder & cayenne if you dare! You can eat it right now! Or you can place it into a dehydrator overnight & let it get crunchy. I've had it both ways & really I don't think there is a better way. Both ways are yummo! Really strict raw foodies can eliminate the nutritional yeast, if they like. As for amounts of spices?? Just use your judgement. Go easy on the salt if you are going to dehydrate it, cause once they dehydrate it concentrates the flavour. I think I am going to wait & toss mine with salt after the dehydrator.
